How We Use SMS

Call Hermes sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our AI receptionist platform. Messages are limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations— confirming a booking made during your call
  • Emergency dispatch notifications— alerting on-call technicians about urgent service requests
  • Service follow-ups— updates about your scheduled appointment or service request

How You Opt In

By calling a business that uses Call Hermes and providing your phone number during the conversation, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service request. The AI receptionist will inform you during the call that a text confirmation will be sent.

Verbal consent is obtained during the recorded phone call. No messages are sent without the caller first providing their phone number and requesting service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically 1-3 messages per service request. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected during calls are used solely for service communication. We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
